At Bluetropy Nutrition we stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to help.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Supplements)

Try your purchase for up to 60 days from delivery. If it isn’t a fit, contact us and we’ll arrange a refund.

  • Eligible for returns: up to one opened bottle per product, and any additional bottles must be unopened and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price (see “Shipping & fees” below).

  • We may ask for your order number and photos of the items/packaging to speed things up.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards, downloadable/digital products

  • Trial-size samples

  • Products marked Final Sale

  • Items returned more than 60 days after delivery (see above)

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund (including shipping, where applicable).

Shipping & fees

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are not refundable (unless we made an error or the product is defective).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@bluetropy.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and (if approved) a Return Authorization (RMA) and address.

  3. Pack items securely and ship within 14 days of approval.

  4. Once received, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing.

Refund timing

After your return is approved and processed, your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to post the credit. If you haven’t received the refund after that window, please contact your bank/card company, then reach out to us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact support@bluetropy.com.

 

International orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs, and duties. These charges are not refundable. If customs refuses/returns a package, we’ll refund the product price less any carrier fees we incur.

Address issues & refused deliveries

Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped (additional shipping fees may apply) or refunded for the product price .

Policy limits

We reserve the right to investigate and refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected misuse or policy abuse.
